Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have installed an item or run water or electricity through it, we are sorry but it cannot be returned as it is no longer new.
Having this policy in place ensures that when you buy from us you receive New items, not something that has been ordered tried and returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have problems or Questions please ask, we will work very hard to find a great solution for you. However we do not support returns if you have purchased something without consultation with us. We offer free advice to make sure you get the correct part. If you are unsure please make contact, there are many many variations and options in the poolnspa industry, many of them looking very similar. Our industry Professionals are available to help you order the correct part first time around.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will be gauged on the condition of the returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
Only ship a return once you have been instructed to by PoolnSpa Supplies Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
